Today, the residents at Windsor Gardens Assisted Living celebrated Fat Tuesday with their very own Mardi Gras party! We had plenty of great food like Cajun sausage puffs & sweet/ spicy mustard, pecan pralines, and Mardi Gras punch! There was also a multitude of jazz and bead necklaces! Long live Southern fun!
