There is a new chef in the kitchen at Windsor Gardens Assisted Living. Chef Robert Spires has been a professional chef and event caterer for over 30 years. His career started as a volume cook for large functions and over the years he refined to plate to plate dining. He says, “I love the artistry that starts from food preparation, to execution and assembly but the true passion is in the simplicity of the food itself. It doesn’t have to be masked with spices and alternate flavors. Food is similar to life- Leave it simple and pure and the result will be bountiful.”
