This week in Cooking Club we made Healthy Cinnamon Roll Smoothies- Good and Good for You!!!

Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Serves 2
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ( or 2-3  drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil)
1 frozen banana (or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh)IMG 8197 - Cooking Club
