We love to try new recipes in Cooking Club! In our last meeting we made baked brie and it was scrumptious!!! We used phyllo dough as pastry shells in mini muffin tins. Then we stuffed the tins with a bit of brie. We topped the cheese with honey, fig jam, and crumbled pecans. We baked the shells for 5 minutes then devoured them!!! This recipe is definitely worth a try!
